Scope
These Terms of Service govern access to the Stockton Mobile Repair website and the informational content presented on it. They do not create a customer service agreement or set terms for vehicle repair work.
Website information
Descriptions of roadside repair, fuel delivery, mechanic, battery and jump start inquiries explain the categories of help visitors may ask about. Website content is general information. It is not a vehicle diagnosis, repair instruction or confirmation that a service is available for a particular vehicle or location.
Submitting an inquiry
The homepage form requires a full name and email address. Phone number and message are optional. A submission sends an inquiry through the site API and does not itself confirm an appointment, quote, response time, repair, parts availability or service outcome. Any repair arrangements would need to be discussed separately with the operator.
Use of the website
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or access by others. Submit only information that you are authorized to provide and that is relevant to your inquiry. Do not use the website as a substitute for emergency assistance. If a person or vehicle is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.
External map links
The Service Areas page, Tracy page and Lathrop page include static map images derived from OpenStreetMap contributor data. Each page also offers a link to open a live map on OpenStreetMap. Following an external map link can send a request to OpenStreetMap and its map tile providers, which are governed by their own terms and privacy information.
No repair terms on this site
These Terms of Service cover website access and information only. They do not set repair prices, payment terms, warranties, guarantees, cancellation rules or other customer service terms. No repair arrangement is formed by reading this page or submitting the inquiry form.
Changes to website content
Website pages and informational content may be updated. Continued access to the website means you are using the version currently made available. These terms do not establish a governing law or venue.
