Information in a service request
The homepage form requires your full name and email address. Phone number and message are optional. If you choose to provide them, the form sends those fields with your name and email to the site API. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed to explain the vehicle inquiry.
How the inquiry is handled
The site API stores submitted leads in PostgreSQL. It then forwards the lead as JSON to the external lead routing service configured for Stockton Mobile Repair. That routing service receives the submitted fields to deliver the inquiry to the operator. The website does not identify that provider by name in this notice.
Operator access and admin session
An operator can access submitted leads through a password protected administration panel. The panel supports viewing, searching, sorting and exporting leads. When the operator signs in, an admin session cookie is used by the browser to maintain access to the protected session. This cookie supports administration and is not an advertising cookie.
Hosting logs
The hosting environment may process technical request information in server or platform logs to operate the website. Log details are controlled in part by the hosting configuration and provider. This notice does not state a particular log content, retention period or deletion schedule.
Maps and outside services
The Service Areas page, Tracy page and Lathrop page show static city map images derived from OpenStreetMap contributor data and served by this website. Viewing those images does not load a live map service from an outside provider. Each page includes an optional link to open a live map on OpenStreetMap. Following that link sends a request to OpenStreetMap and its map tile providers, which may receive standard technical connection information such as network address and browser details. Those services have their own terms and privacy information.
Analytics and tracking
The website frontend does not implement an analytics product, advertising tracker or separate tracking tool. The admin session cookie described above is functional. The site does not load a live map provider unless a visitor follows an external map link.
Data handling
A submitted inquiry is available to the operator in the lead panel and is forwarded to the configured routing service. This website does not describe a particular retention period, security certification, deletion workflow or other compliance status. The operator and service providers may also process information as needed to operate the website and inquiry workflow.
